Sewing binder
This description is very nearly to that the perfect binder. There are only 2 differences:
- iit is not possible to staple a 2-up superimposed.
- it is necessary to have a routing on fold
To add a new sewing binder, you go to 3 menus:
- characteristics
- rates
- quantity
- delivery
Characteristics
You go to the technical characteristics of the machine which breaks down into 5 categories.
General informations
- her name
- is it active in the calculation?
- it is contrary to internal or do you use a subcontractor?
Possible trimmed sizes
The sections are previously folded and previously trimmed. You may inform the width and height (minimum and maximum) for different use care :
- portrait binding per 1 up
- ladnscape binding per 1 up.
Other technical data
- brochure minimum cut off if the machine has a 3 knives in ouput.
- number of available stations, cover not included
- nombre de postes disponibles, hors couverture (namely that the coverage has systematically his own station).
- possibility of limiting the machine to a single run making it impossible to pre-stitching.
- the machine does it 3 knives in output?
- a notion of price: folding cost included in the binding cost. This concept is especially useful for the printers taht are referenced in the stitcher treated and why they do not have a detailed rate of the cost of stitching out folding.

Variation in % the price per 1000
It is possible to define variations in the price of 1000 to match the size, dimensions of the presentation and options:
- A6 size
- A5 size
- A3 size
- landscape
- 2 up binding
Rates
It is possible to define rates:
- station by station. For example 1 station to 1 station
- by intervals station. For example a same makeready cost and 1000 runs for 1 to 3 stations.
Quantity
This screen allows you to make a variation of a standard price per 1000 according to quantities( per steps).
Each rule is applicable individually and the system takes into account the most advantageous.
WARNING: If you set :
< à 2000 runs then variations de -10%
< à 3000 runs then variations de -5%
In this case, for a quantity of 1000, the system will take a variation - 10%.
The rules are put into competition in their field of validity. If both rules are checked, the most advantageous being chosen.
Delivery
This pop up allows you to pricing, if the machine is externally (from a subcontractor), the cost of transport return from the printer to the subcontractor.
There are 3 ways to price:
- with a fixed cost
- with a proportional cost per kg
- with a minimum outright cost
