Informations

This menu "information" is composed of 3 categories:

• statistics
• rebates on catalog
• rebates periods

In the logic of global competition, the printer has the opportunity:

• to know its position through the statistics "positioning by type of file"
• to have a more precise diagnosis through the "details on file"
• to intervene quickly on its tariffs due to discounts on catalogue.

In addition, the printer can produce a promotional fare based on its "holes planning" (or occupation machine) thanks to discounts periods.

Catalog discounts

The data are entered at the tab "machines and devices" are stored in a database. The latter can be changed at will through the interface.

Then it is possible to store it in a catalogue by clicking the green button "create a new catalogue by applying the new discounts." The principle of the catalog is not limited in time or, more accurately, it has a limit of 2 years. It is active from the date on which you have clicked on the button and this for 2 years. It appears in the list of catalogues history in the "historic". By default the last creates is the last active (although you can disable it by hand if necessary).

Having created a catalogue, it is possible to inform discounts. They are distinguished according to 5 categories:

• printing sheet
• printing Roto
• shaping
• packaging
• delivery.

The percentages of different delivery can be placed on these 5 types of transactions.

These percentages are not going to change the rates which are database, but simply at the calculation of an operation. They will apply the final on both fixed and variable costs. We calculate an operation through the data base and at the end we just apply the percentages. They do not modify the data that have been entered into the database. That's why that handing them over to zero by creating a new catalogue initial rates are again present.

Periodical discounts

It is possible to access discounts periods only when at least one catalogue has been created. They may apply only when calculating from the last active catalogue.

Principle: we must define a validity period with a beginning and an end of the period.

Finishing

The vernisseuses and pelliculeuses are classified into different categories depending on the type of varnish concerned:

• vernis UV offset
• vernis UV sérigraphique

These 2 types of vernisseuse will be divided into full or varnish and finally booked a gloss or mat.

• pelliculage polypropylène
• pelliculage acétate

These 2 types of pelliculeuse will be divided into shiny or matte or satin.

Folding

Inks and varnishes

Delivery

This screen allows you to configure delivery rates at the level of information from the printer and fill out the schedule of delivery.

Departure address

By clicking on the tab "delivery" to access the configuration of the "Departure address" whereabouts of the production site of the printer (the place of loading and unloading pallets and deliverables).

You must fill out a field: "ISO code."

Delivery list

A delivery list is set for a country. You can define as many as you want for a country serve slices of weight.

You will determine the different weight of the delivery list. You can make as much as you want. Once done, click on "delivery addresses"

Delivery addresses

This tab allows you to add geographic areas to the list. On the left you can find the "geographic areas to add" which defaults are not yet in the list and on the right "destinations of the list." To select a zone, double click arrows "add". In the same way you can remove by selecting a destination of the list and clicking on the double arrows "delete".

Once done, click "prices"

Prices

You have access to a blackboard in 2 dimensions:

• a column, the different weight
• Online, the various destinations.

You can at the bottom of the screen to access a procedure to import CSV file type (CSV can be obtained from an Excel file). You can reformat a file from a delivery that you would provide its own prices.

• create slices of weight you want
• select areas delivery

Using a spreadsheet, create a file. "CSV" formatted as follows:

• online prices by delivery area
• a first column of each row, the code iso exact area concerned
• from the 2nd column, and for every weight (listed in ascending order), 1 column which will appear in the corresponding price for the tranche in question

This menu "historical" is composed of 4 sections:

Historical catalogues

You can find the list of catalogues created as.

Firstly at the table, you can find the catalog currently valid because it appears on a green background.

Create a new catalogue from the latest data base
