OptimProject client setup
def. : An OptimProject client account describe a calculation context. It's defined by a name, an printing supplier account, a paper supplier account, and a list of users.
Update : Only a user owned by the an Administrateur group is allowed to create or edit a client account. To be sure that the modifications are saved, press the "save" button on bottom of page.
General informations
A name must be set, a company (created in Adminitrative section) may be set. Setting a company is necessary to use the online command system (as supplier ou buyer).
Order informations
a client cas be associated to another company which will be the interface to supplier. You must setup the currency used.
Informations client offer
Option to active the client offer management system for this account.
Account login supplier for printing
The supplier account must correspond to an OptimProcess client. If no url is defined the system use the local OptimProcss application. Clariprint is designed to work as netwok services, so it accept to connect another Clarprint throw the internet.
Account login supplier for paper
Same concept as previouse setting, used to specify connection mode to OptimPaper
information external connection
Define login/password for external access to this account by another OptimProject client.
Options
Many options allow to control feature access associated to this client :

| Splitting the jobs on several machines | allow the use of identical devices to product in parallel and reduce estimed duration of production |
| Date of order differs from the date of creation | allow the user to specify a date of command to take care of validity of supplier special offers |
| calculation without assembly costs | if yes, assembly form had new option to control if the assembly cost is included or not in the product estimation |
| printing quality selection (std / top) | allow the choice of printing quality |
| prepress selection (CTP/film) : | allow to force between film or ctp prepress. |
| HTML detailed costs display | let the user acces to the costs details of a calculation |
| HTML detailed costs display | allow the user to acces to the costs details of a calculation |
| machine operating processings as PDF | allow the user to get the detail of a calculation as un PDF document. |
| allow several products per estimate | allow the user to add more tha one product to a project |
| display the average price of the panel | add an average price of printers calculation to results view |
| only display the average price of the panel | not show per printer result, only show average price in calculation results view |
| The paper is ordered by the printer | the apper will be buy by the printer, so the system take care of paper supplier of each printer |
| calcuation with mark up if outside bid | add margin-up rules to external account. |
