General information in a folder
General information
You can give a folder name, the latter is often recalled in the screens on the case. You must specify a date of order. This date is important, it may, for example, determine the choice of a paper catalog.
To ensure that the modified data is recorded, we must click on "Save and continue"
Authorized papers
You can allow three modes of supply of paper. Following this mode, the paper will be available more or less rapidly impacting on the estimated time of completion of product:

The cost associated with paper obviously depends on the quantity but also discounts negotiated with the distributor or the mill.
Lead time reduction options
A manufacturing operation may be parallelized on several identical machines. For that it must exist on the park's machine provider several instances of a single machine (identified as the number of model identical to the level of optimProcess). The calculation of estimated time is directly related to these options, a product made on several machines at the same time will be less long to produce.

Components of project
A project can be made up of several products. You have in this list the various products that make up the dossier. For every product you can:

: Create a new product to the same.
: Go to change form of the product.
: Delete the proceeds of his project irreversibly. Note that design phase, it is often more appropriate to deactivate / reactivate the product rather than delete it and lose all related information.
Add a product
You have at your disposal families product. There are also products simple products with several models and / or more version (for carrying out simple amalgam during Operation printing). To add a product of a family click on its icon:

2 models or more same format
Even draw, same paper, same number of colors. Enter the total number of model. The software will calculate the best mix possible using one or several printing sheet if necessary.
2 models of different formats and/or different prints

More than 2 models of different formats and/or different prints
Same paper, same number of colors. Enter successively data from these models in the same folder /estimate. The software will not seek amalgam and treat each model separately by combining the results in the same estimate.
Several versions on one or several models
If you have further changes in content (text, photos, logos, etc..) Inside a single model, enter the number of versions by models and check the colors to change a model you putting in the One of three alternatives described above. The software will calculate the best possible combination or quote as above. It will take account of changes necessary plate, one plate in color to change.
