Binding options
Perfect binding
A method of binding in which the pages are held together and fixed to the cover by means of adhesive
PUR Perfect binding
Like perfet binding but with a better glue and qualities near sewn binding
Sewn binding
The inside sections are sewn on the fold before the gluing of the cover. This type of binding is stronger than the perfect binding
Saddle stitching
The stitches are put on the fold of the sections
2 stitches
3 stitches
4 stitches
Openeyes stitching
2, 3 or 4 stitches appearing outside the central fold
2 stitches
3 stitches
4 stitches
Inline stitching
2 stitches on the fold of an inside section on web offset output
Gluing on fold inline (on web presses only)
Glue on the fold of an inside section on web offset output
Folded without binding
