Letterpress

To add a new machine you go to 4 menus:

• characteristics
• Die cutting form
• quantities
• delivery

Characteristics

You go to the technical characteristics of the machine which breaks down into 5 categories.

General informations

They correspond to administrative informations:

• her name
• is it active in the calculation?
• it is contrary to internal or do you use a subcontractor?

Open size

It corresponds in going size with 2 fields to fill:: minimum and maximum size.

Possible paper weight

They are expressed in g/M2 also with 2 fields: the minimum and maximum weight that can pass on this machinee.

Possible operations on this machine

This section allows you to specify the operations available on this machine (simply by checking yes or no):

• numbering
• perforation
• scoring
• die cutting
• embossing

It is possible to specify for each the maxix-up.

Selling prices

It is composed for each operation, a fixed cost and a variable cost.

The first column is the price of makeready (fixed cost)

The second column is the price of 1000 runs (variable cost).

Depending on the type of operation, for example for all except the numbering, it is possible to determine a makeready price for 1up more.

An option is available at the bottom of the screen that it is possiblepto give a free from a number of copies

Die cutting form

This menu includes the full cuts of forms which are available at Clariprint at the definition of a product.

For each cut, it is clear whether the machine performs or not. Then one is specified a price for the first up and also a price for the following form.( from the second).

Quantities

This screen allows you to make a variation of a standard price per 1000 according to quantities( per steps).

Each rule is applicable individually and the system takes into account the most advantageous.

Ci dessous un exemple:

ATTENTION: Si vous définissez:

< à 2000 passages alors variations de -10%

< à 3000 passages alors variation de -5%

Dans ce cas, pour une quantité de 1000, le système prendra une variation de - 10%.

Les règles sont mises en concurrence dans leur domaine de validité. Si les deux règles sont vérifiées, la plus avantageuse sera retenue.

Transport

Cet onglet permet de tarifier, si la machine est en externe ( c'est à dire chez un sous traitant), le coût de transport aller / retour depuis l'imprimeur vers le sous traitant.

Il existe 3 façons de le tarifer:

• avec un coût fixe

• avec un coût proportionnel au kg

• avec un forfait minimum.
