Sheet-fed offset press

Clariprint can define rates for different type of use machines. It is generally not necessary, unlike other software, to multiply machines to simulate different pricing models.

The setting of a sheet -fed offst press is divided between 2 screens defining pamaters for general operating and rates.

To add a new sheet collator, you go to 3 menus:

• caracteristics
• options
• rates

Caracteristics

You go to the technical characteristics of the machine which breaks down into 5 categories.

General informations

This menu " Caracteristics give access to general settings.

• name : the name used to identify the machine. Generally, we use the name of manufacturer.
• active : can activate or desactivate the machine. Off, it will not be used for calculations estimate.
• internal: it is contrary to internal or do you use a subcontractor? On machines outside certain parameters, such as a discount on catalogues are not applied.

Open size

It corresponds in going size with 2 fields to fill:

• height ( minimum et maximum)
• lenght (minimum et maximum).

These 2 sizes are set in millimeters.

Possible paper weight:

They are expressed in g/M2 also with 2 fields: the minimum and maximum weight that can pass on this machine.

Possible number of colors

Define the maximum number of colors that can be printed( corresponds to the maximum of colors between the front or back of a product).

Printing data

• number of units
• gripper margin (in millimeter)
• along the lengthy side.

• pressure and blank (in millimeter)
• sheet hedge bank (in millimeter)
• brunner strip space
• number of sheets for waiting in case of work and turn : below the threshold, a supplement defines the rate will be applied.

You go to the options of the machine which breaks down into 3 categories.

Available varnishes

Options varnishes possible online, on a group.

Finishing option

Finishing options possible on this machine.

Perfecting

• perfecting possible : define if the machine can make perfecting.
• restrict the use of the machine to perfecting? : allows to force the use of the machine for printing operations in perfecting.
• has to one count the gripper margin 1 time or twice? : pricing option of gripper margin
• if yes, after units : groups after which the perfecting is possible. Check the groups.
• maximum grammage in case of perfecting (g/m2)
• maximum size (mm)

Rates

The rates allow to segment the commercial offer based on the number of colos( recto and verso) wich will be printed and the quality level requested by the client. It is possible to make as many rates as needed. In the case of rates competitors, Clariprint will choose the cheapest.

Access to the rates

The listing of rates has the botooms :

• : create a new rate.
• : accesses to change the description of rate.
• : duplicate the rate.
• : delete the rate.

To add a new sheet collator, you go to 4 menus:

Information générale

• Barème pour travaux de luxe : permet de choisir le type de barème qui sera utilisé en fonction du besoin du client
• Barème pour nombre de couleurs : indiquer l'intervalle de couleur effectivement imprimé pour lequel ce barême sera valide

Taux horaire du barème :

• indication facultative

Préparation de la plaque : Indications éventuelles pour coût de préparation de plaques.

Plaque calée, dont matière, copie, calage :

• premier calage : coût du premier calage (par plaque)
• calage à la suite : coût du calage lors d'un changement de plaque
• changement de plaque en cours de tirage

Autres coût fixes :

• supplément pour recherche de teinte (dont lavage)
• attente séchage en cas de bascule
• lavage d'un groupe (si vernis offset réservé)
• supplément calage en retiration
• supplément calage si numérotation
• supplément calage si rainage ou/et perforation
• calage plaque vernis offset en ligne (dont lavage)
• calage plaque vernis acrylique en ligne (dont lavage)
• calage plaque vernis UV en ligne (dont lavage)
• découpe de blanchet dont matière si vernis UV ou acrylique réservé

Prix du 1000 et suppléments :

• prix de base du 1000 de passages machine
• supplément si numérotage
• supplément si rainage ou/et perforation

Gaches de calage et de roulage :

• gache de calage par plaque (nb de feuilles)
• gache de roulage (%) si moins de 5000 feuilles
• gache de roulage (%) si plus de 5000 feuilles
