Benefits and discounts applied on external accounts
You can apply discounts on the results obtained from external accounts. For these margins are effective, it requires that the option of client account "calculates mark up if outside consultation" is active.
The margins are expressed in percentage and can be set on four cost items (paper, printing, finishing and delivery) and will be applied from a given threshold. Several thresholds can be set to specify levels of margin.
