= Versatile folding machine =

To add a new machine you go to 4 menus:

 * characteristics
 * rates
 * grammage
 * delivery

 == Characteristics ==

You go to the technical characteristics of the machine which breaks down into 3 categories.

 === General informations ===

They correspond to administrative informations: 

 * her name
 * is it active in the calculation?
 * it is contrary to internal or do you use a subcontractor?

 === Authorized trim size ===

Define the authorized trim size by choosing in the drop-down menu.

 === Open size ===

It corresponds in going size with 2 fields to fill:

 * height ( minimum et maximum)
 *lenght (minimum et maximum).

These 2 sizes are set in millimeters..

An option is available to determine if the size adjustment in included in the rate folding.

 == Rates ==

This screen lets you set rates based products, using a table with: 

 * 1st column which corresponds to the type of fold. 

 * 2nd column that allows you to specify the rate per size. 

 * 3rd column allows you to specify the price depending on the number of poses (1.2 or 3)of product folded.

 * 4th column allows you to clarify if the machine include on line finishing options in this price.

 * 5th column allows you to specify the maximum and the minimum weight affected by the price. It allows only what is possible on this machine and at the same time to establish a different rate depending on levels of weight (if desired).

There is also an option that lets you set levels from a number of copies which the rate will be applied.

 * 6th column determines 2 types of costs:

fixed costs that correspond to the makeready.

variable costs that corespond to the costs of the 1000 copies.

Ensuite le signe  [[Image(http://demo.clariprint.com/img/plus.gif)]] permet d'ajouter une nouvelle ligne.

Une fois la ligne validée, les produits viennent se rajouter dans le tableau avec le picto correspondant.

Les produits sont classés par types de plis puis par format.

 == Grammage ==

Cet écran permet de définir des majorations en fonction de paliers de grammages pour simuler la variation de cadence des machines.

 == Delivery ==

This pop up allows you to pricing, if the machine is externally (from a subcontractor), the cost of transport return from the printer to the subcontractor.

There are 3 ways to price:

 * with a fixed cost
 * with a proportional cost per kg
 * with a minimum outright costt
