Import a catalogue from a file

Importing the catalog in the form of PDF if available?

• Also on OptimProcess

• Click on the menu "Printers"

• Select the printer concerned

• Click on "Historic"

• Go to the submenu "Importing a catalogue from a file"

• Click on "Select a file"

• Select the catalogue on your hard drive

• Click on "Import".

• Go to the submenu "Historical catalogs": your file is imported here.

• Click on

• In the window that has opened, tick:
  • administrative information
  • general parameters
  • machines and devices
  • scales inks
  • scales deliveries

• Click on "Import" Once completed, close the window

• Also in "Printers / My Printer"

• Click on "Informations"

• Dans le sous menu " Remises sur catalogue"

• Cliquer sur "Créer un nouveau catalogue en appliquant les nouvelles remises"

• Le fichier se met dans le sous menu " Statistiques"
