The paper offer a supplier "factory" is represented in 2 forms:

 * The catalogues stocks : close to a catalogue distributor, presents paper size available from stock.
 * Les catalogues fabrication : papers available on manufacturing 

No fare is present in the mill catalogues, tariffs will define the level of buyers (see section "Buyers")
